Spy vs. Spy is right now #1 paid iPhone app on the iTunes store. That is sad. Because the app is kinda crappy. It’s a “modern” remake of an old funny Commodore 64 game, but animation, gameplay, controls - everything is kinda medium to average. It doesn’t really do the old title justice.
To me this sends a much clearer signal that there are a lot of 30+ years old gamers with an iPhone, than this game was done by people who tried hard to make something awesome. I would almost put money on the retro mode (which is the c64 version) overall getting more runtime than the modern version.
