Skype on upgrading software:  Survey Finds Nearly Half of Consumers Fail To Upgrade Software Regularly And One Quarter of Consumers Don’t Know Why To Update Software Somewhat ironic that Skype is doing this survey and then completely ignores that a significant portion of their own user base deliberately avoids upgrading to new versions of Skype - specifically because Skype hired a bunch a 6 year olds to design their latest GUI.  But I guess it is easier to blog about benefits of upgrading than to make good products. Oh, wait.
